Thermal Express Systems started 22 years ago developing their innovative Insulated Glass Manufacturing System. After many years of development and testing it was perfected in 2000 and received patents for it's unique, easy-to-use process and technology. Thermal Express Systems has grown to have distributors in the US, Canada and Europe.

After years of success in the retail business, in the fall of 2001 we sold our retail operations and released our innovative products to other glass companies throughout the world. It's worth noting, that in our Colorado retail operations we built over 100,000 glass units in the last 5 years of our business with only 7 failures.

We are dedicated to providing our clients with a glass manufacturing system that allows small to medium sized glass shops and window manufacturers to manufacture their own insulated glass in-house rather than buying them from an outside source.
